THE SONG OF A LITTLE GHOST begins the second act on the sci-fi epic series, THE SILENT ASSASSIN, set three years after the ending of Book 05. Even stronger enemies will appear. The universe will expand. Secrets will unveil. Paths of the main characters will finally converge. THE SONG OF A LITTLE GHOST Is there a point in morality when only a few believe in it? Jane is sick and her Bionika superpower is killing her from within. Nagisawa Corporation's best medical team is powerless, but there is still a hope: someone in a distant planet might possess a drug that could suppress her conditions. Audi Prabian embarks on a lone journey to Planet Bandar Prime in search for the cure within a company named Simonovsky Tech, but before he could ask for it, a mercenary group named Petit Fantome attacks. Their goal is to assassinate the company's CEO and Board of Directors--which The Crowned Confederacy's teenage princess, Victoria Scythe Tanuya, is a part of. Adding fuel to the already blazing forest fire, one Petit Fantome's member, nicknamed The Ghost Girl, challenged him in a game to stop her in each assassination case. A difficult choice beckons: Princess Victoria cannot die, lest the Crowned Confederacy be thrown to chaos. The Ghost Girl wants to kill the Princess for a reason Audi personally agrees. Simonovsky Tech's CEO will only give Jane's cure if he saves his company. The answer to this dilemma lies in his hope for humanity: are people still worth saving from treading the wrong path, or should he burn a world that's already far beyond redemption?
